The products and related prices presented on the Website constitute an offer to the public in accordance with the procedures specified in the General Conditions and on the site itself. 3) Prices and Currency
All prices indicated on the site are expressed in Euros (€) and are net of V.A.T. (VAT excluded), which will be calculated and applied during checkout based on current tax regulations and the destination country of the order.
Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are calculated and clearly highlighted in the order summary phase before payment, based on the European destination country specified by the Customer.
The price highlighted on the Website at the time the order is concluded shall apply to the products, without any consideration of subsequent or previously offered price changes.
4) Registration and Account
To purchase products, the Customer may proceed after registering or as a guest user, entering their personal details and following the instructions provided in the purchasing procedure. Registration or purchase cannot be carried out by minors under 18 years of age.
The personal information provided by the Customer must not be false, inaccurate, or misleading, nor violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

7) Payment Methods
Payment for products purchased on cetof.com is carried out securely and exclusively via the Stripe platform, which supports the following payment methods:
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)

8) Shipping Methods and Costs
Cetof srl ships exclusively within the European Union using specialized carriers and express couriers. No shipments are made to non-EU countries or overseas territories subject to special customs regimes. Shipping costs vary according to the European destination country and the volume/weight of the goods and are calculated automatically by the WooCommerce system during checkout.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, undamaged, and not wet. Any evident damage to the packaging or product must be immediately contested to the courier by placing a written reservation of control on the delivery document, or by refusing delivery and promptly informing Cetof srl via e-mail at info@cetof.com.
