You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement.
You can use the online withdrawal procedure directly from your personal account area.
Alternative: You can fill out and send us the model withdrawal form attached at the bottom of this page (use of the form is not obligatory) or send a communication via e-mail to info@cetof.com.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for Customised Products: pursuant to Art. 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is entirely excluded for the supply of goods made to order or clearly customised. Therefore, for all products that include special finishes, engravings, prints, logos or processes carried out upon specific request of the Customer, it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal, nor to request cancellations or refunds once production has started.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for Business Users: Business users (B2B) are not granted the right to withdraw from the sales or supply contract of the Products. The User expressly acknowledges that specifying a VAT number in the order automatically qualifies them as a Business User, for whom no right of withdrawal is provided.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery. Any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us are excluded.
The reimbursement will be carried out without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
Refund methods and timing
Credit method: We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction (Stripe / Credit Card / Apple Pay / Google Pay), unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Withholding of reimbursement: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Deadline: You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Shipping costs: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You will need to arrange the return independently, as pick-up of the goods by us is not provided.
Liability for diminished value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
